Position General Responsibilities: Responsible for various mortgage servicing duties under the direction of the Mortgage Servings Manager of residential real estate mortgage loans for all of Stockman Bank's locations. This includes all facets of loan servicing. There will be extensive correspondence with customers and personnel at other locations via phone, mail, fax, and e-mail. Education, Experience and Certification Requirements Note: Only minimum responsibilities are listed. Other responsibilities may be required as requested by management. Minimum Qualifications: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. High School diploma or equivalency. 2-year college level course of study in Business Administration and/or financial institution or related field experience or equivalent training and/or experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks. Preferred: Previous office or real estate loan servicing experience. Working knowledge of spreadsheets and other computer programs.
