We are looking to bring on team members that will take our household name to an even higher level of excellence and profitability. To that end, we are looking to add a rockstar Customer Service Representative to our team. This person, and the role, will grow with us as a company. As a CSR, you would work directly with our Dispatchers, Marketing Director, & management to bring our customer experiences to a higher level - particularly for our long-term customers. We are looking someone to be a champion of our brand and our customers.
Base-Level Requirements in order to be considered for this position:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience utilizing good judgment in order to plan and accomplish goals.
Have a clear, distinct voice.
Convey authority, patience and compassion in voice.
Be personable and empathetic.
Basic social media knowledge for communicating with customers.
Be able to remember intimate customer details in complete confidentiality.
Handle stress in stride and professionally.
Be well-organized and able to follow directions.
Ideal candidates will have the following customer service related skills:
High School Diploma or its equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
High degree of proficiency in office procedures, typing and machines.
Good/Great degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive programs.
Able to handle the urgency of each task, and work in a high-expectation position.
Is detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
A GREAT listener: Customer responsive.
Answers the phone in a polite, friendly, professional manner.
Obtains accurate information from and about the customer and the problem.
Determine whether/not the situation is an emergency.
Help schedule customer appointments based on their needs and expectations, within our guidelines.
Obtain and verify payment method.
Handle customer concerns and complaints.
Be creative, but practical in helping solve challenges with/for customers.
Arrives on time.
Ready to begin work at the designated time.
Because of the nature of the growth we are striving after as a team, the job role and duties of this position will not be the same in 5 years. We are the most technologically advanced home service company in our market, and we are actively working towards staying that way and broadening the gap. What this means is that a position that starts as a Customer Service role will eventually evolve in to a combination role of Customer Service & Dispatcher to help us excel with that growth. We will be hiring the candidate for this position with that mindset.
