Full time Advertising position with KBOZ radio Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Present, promote and sell radio-advertising products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with advertisers. Reach potential advertisers and show sponsors through direct cold calling. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes with schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports. Supply information to other employees about advertiser needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential to create new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback. Requirements: Proven work experience as a sales representative. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent knowledge of social media and online marketing techniques. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Experience in radio sales. Desire to continue education and learning through workshops, seminars, online training, etc.
