POSITION SUMMARY:Manages all aspects of the Commercial Division offices to include, but not limited to:Knowledge of transactions for company vehicles, trucks, boats, trailers, RV's and motorcycles; Knowledge of specialty liens (storage, towing, mechanics); Generating company invoices & collecting payments;Establishing new Commercial accounts; and other corporate duties as required.Managing Commercial Office staff to include.Ensures the Commercial office adheres to policies, objectives, and practices of MVD Express. Familiar with a variety of the Commercial Division concepts, practices, and procedures. Must possess a solid knowledge base as it relates to titles, VIN inspections, liens, client services, Commercial deadlines, etc. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals of the Commercial Division. Will lead, train and direct the work of the Commercial Office employees. Responsible for the completion and submission of daily transaction reports. Responsible for maintaining adequate hours-to-work strategies. Reports to the Sr. Operations Manager and must communicate with the Business Development Manager on a consistent and frequent basis to ascertain new/changing Commercial clients. Must understand and comply with all MVD policies and procedures and set a clear example of management responsibility and accountability.EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: 3-5 years progressive retail and personnel management experience. Must have a High School diploma; a college degree is desired. Develop And Maintain Business Relationships With Commercial Customers Process And Maintain Corporate Account Transaction ReportsImplement, Prepare, And Maintain Individual Corporate AccountsMaintain Accounts Receivable For Corporate Accounts (Titles, Fleets, Etc.)Manage And Audit Accounts Receivable.Balance Books And Monies Daily ? Initiate Collection CallsResponsible For Communicating Updated State Regulations To Employees And ManagersResponsible For Confidential And Sensitive Customer/Employee InformationMust Be Detail Oriented & Possess Multi-Task CapabilitiesDisplay Excellent Verbal Communication With Customers And Co-Workers Must Maintain Confidentiality In All AspectsAbility To Work In A Structured Team Environment Occasional travel throughout Montana as RequiredMust Attend meetings and company events as RequiredOther Duties As AssignedESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Physical Ability - Must be able to lift up to 20 lb.
